About the Event

Taita Don Manuel Calazacón is a member of the Tsáchilla tribe of Santo Domingo de Los Colorados in Ecuador. He is an expert in energy cleansing, plant medicine, and Temazcal (sweat lodge), and has been pouring ayahuasca for over 30 years. 

This event will be moderated by the Executive Director of Hudson Valley Psychedelic Society, Li Wojehowski.  Li apprenticed in a Peruvian vegetalismo lineage for two years, with experience helping to organize and facilitate ayahuasca ceremonies in the U.S.  

The event will be in Spanish with English interpretation. Live presentations will be followed by an open Q&A session.

As an organization, HVPS  places an emphasis on events being accessible to all.  There is a suggested donation price for this event, as well as a sliding scale, to make the event affordable and accessible. In addition, there is a donation option to pay as little or as much as you are able.  Please consider making a larger donation than is suggested if you have the means.  HVPS is a 100% volunteer-run organization, and all proceeds either end up supporting our operations or the important work of our presenters. Your donations will directly benefit Supay and his work.
